Chris has developed a unique and complete understanding to the dynamic real estate market found in the peninsula. As a member of a third generation bay area family Chris has maintained this tradition by living his entire life in the bay area gathering information on the varieties that each town offers. He has lived in Palo Alto, Belmont, San Carlos, Portola Valley, Mill Valley and now resides in Woodside.
For the first twenty years of his career Chris worked at many roles of a manufacturing company including ten years as President. This phase of his career enabled him to create a strong understanding of working with contracts, communication and negotiation skills. While working at the manufacturing company he was never totally removed from his fathers development business that focused on the construction of new homes. After leaving the manufacturing company in 2000 he obtained his Contractors license and both designed and constructed new homes. This experience was very gratifying and enabled him to enter into the real estate field with a strong background of business, engineering and construction. This skill set has enabled him to offer a very strong skill set to both buyers and sellers in this dynamic area.
Undergraduate studies included business, engineering and full sports participations at a local University. Graduate studies include an MBA also from a local University.
Chris remains active in sports and local community activities including San Mateo Horseman's Association and Woodside committee involvement. In addition to an active Contractors license he also maintains a Senior Real Estate Specialist membership and remains active on local Real Estate committees.
